Our mission is clear “GeTaHead Training values its partnerships with others, promoting excellence in hairdressing learning and achievement, responding to all learners as individuals, enabling them to reach their potential”.
Your requirements and responsibilities
In order that we are able to do this before you enrol learners onto GeTaHead Training programme we will visit you to discuss your requirements and responsibilities. We will talk through the employer agreement to ensure we can both agree to the terms and conditions prior to signing a learner on to a programme. Addtionally a health and safety monitoring visit will take place to ensure the learner is working in an environment that values safety, equality and diversity inline with out high expectations and ethos.
GeTaHead is committed to supporting and working with dedicated employers who wish to provide high quality training and development to staff. The agreement includes information on equality and diversity, bullying and harassment, safeguarding, citizenship, health and safety, the learner journey and its requirements, the learner contract, hours, pay, holidays and other terms and conditions. A resources check is included to ensure the learner can access the necessary training and or assessment in the salon (where approrpriate).
