GeTaHead Training is a specialist hairdressing-training provider. We currently have learners placed in salons in Nottinghamshire, Yorkshire, Derbyshire,Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire. Our Head Office is at Retford.
Your GeTaHead Trainer
When you start on your training programme you will be allocated a trainer from GeTaHead Training. They will be responsible for helping you through your course & checking your progress. If you are unsure about anything ask your GeTaHead Trainer, that is what they are there for !

What do we do?
We deliver training for learners who are working in hairdressing salons, on a centre based programme or even still at school & want to obtain a nationally recognised qualification.

Your requirements and responsibilities
In order that we are able to do this before you enrol learners onto GeTaHead Training programme we will visit you to discuss your requirements and responsibilities. We will talk through the employer agreement to ensure we can both agree to the terms and conditions prior to signing a learner on to a programme. Addtionally a health and safety monitoring visit will take place to ensure the learner is working in an environment that values safety, equality and diversity inline with out high expectations and ethos.
Our Committment
GeTaHead is committed to supporting and working with dedicated employers who wish to provide high quality training and development to staff.
The agreement includes information on equality and diversity, bullying and harassment, safeguarding, citizenship, health and safety, the learner journey and its requirements, the learner contract, hours, pay, holidays and other terms and conditions. A resources check is included to ensure the learner can access the necessary training and or assessment in the salon (where approrpriate).
